We went to our ward christmas party last night and had a very nice time. There was dinner, singing and ornament making. Of course, the big hit every year is the visit from Santa. Its a little bit crazy because there is generally no order to the line, some parents even cut (not very Christlike if you ask me) and for some of the kids its pure torture. All that being said we had fun. Ayla got to ask Santa for a skateboard, Wesley told him he wanted a castle and three dragons. Jared was the very first kid in line. He had a hefty list of electronics. Man they get expensive as they get older. Our Santa was so patient and sweet and took the time to listen to each child.

how fun!! It is probably a blast when they get older and love to see santa. Peyton didn't even see santa this year, but I am pretty sure she would have been frightened!
